General Manager
Bernie Guthrie
Manages day-to-day operations, maintenance and security of all LOWA properties and personnel. ​

Carolyn Brodeur
Oversees amenity operations, including Community Activities, Golf, and Equestrian Center. Manages business systems and oversees IT support, both in-house and third-party. Plans, coordinates, and executes the LOWA signature special events.
 
 
 
 
 
Director of Finance
David Surette
Supervises the entire Finance Department. Prepares all audit documents, monthly financial reports, and works with the Association Treasurer. Investigates all contracts, insurance, and reserve expenditures. Anticipates cash flow needs and keeps the General Manager and Board informed of the financial health of the Association.

The Maintenance Director oversees all of the maintenance operations including, Buildings, ECC, Roads, and grounds.
