Community Center
 
Part Time Community Operations Specialist.  The successful qualified candidate will provide for the transport, set up, operation and breakdown of audio and visual equipment for meetings, outdoor special events and other functions as required. Duties also include: maintaining calendar and requirements of events, setting up rooms for Board, committee and group meetings and special events, assisting with building security and department administrative duties.  HS diploma or GED required with trade or technical school diploma preferred and 2 years’ experience in audio/event coordination field. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.  Applications received by COB July 12 will receive priority consideration.
 
Fareways
 
Part Time Bartender position available.  Successful applicant will mix and serve beverages at the Sports Bar and Grill.  Applicants must be at least 21 years old, willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.  Job requires superb customer service skills. One-two years’ experience required.  
 
Maintenance  
 
Full Time Buildings Maintenance Technician.  Seeking applicants to perform general maintenance and repair of LOW building systems to include water, sewer, electrical, carpentry, heating, cooling and ventilation. Must be able to work in all weather, move/lift up to 80 lbs. At least 2 years facilities maintenance trade preferred or trade or technical school diploma or certification.
 
Full Time Groundskeeper position available.  The qualified applicant will be responsible for performing general landscaping maintenance tasks for routine and special events.  Prefer commercial mowing experience along with general landscaping knowledge and experience.  Position requires heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.  Applications received before July 20 will receive priority consideration.
 
Full Time Roads Laborer position available.  The qualified applicant will operative vehicles and equipment as required to maintain and repair streets, work with the team to patch holes, install/maintain street signs, cut brush and seasonable remove snow and ice. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., use a variety of hand tools, weed trimmers, chain saws and vehicles.  Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions in loud noise level and exposed to fumes, hot liquids and materials.  H S diploma required with one year related experience. Applications received before July 20 will receive priority consideration.
