Groundskeeper, Full-Time. Preserve and maintain the natural beauty of LOW common property. Perform general landscaping maintenance tasks utilizing equipment and machinery. Perform mowing, edging, weed control, and leaf blowing duties. Ensure LOW common areas are free of trash and well-maintained. Must be 21 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles. Must have a valid VA driver’s license
Internal Help Desk Support Technician, Part-Time. Serve as the first line of technical support for LOWA personnel. Resolve basic technology issues. Troubleshoot hardware and basic IT issues. Maintain inventory of all IT assets. Assist with user account support. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of hardware, software, and various cloud or on-prem systems.
