General Maintenance, Director of Facilities & Maintenance, Full-Time. 
Plan, organize, prioritize, budget, schedule, assign and supervise, participate and maintain overall administrative oversight for the General Maintenance, Roads, and Grounds budgets and departments.  Prepare specifications and manage the bid process for projects and contracts to provide services beyond the scope or personnel resources of LOWA as needed. Applicants should possess at least five years in management experience related to operating a large-scale maintenance operation. 

Roads Maintenance: Lead Heavy Equipment Operator, Full-Time:
Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to maintain the roads, rights-of-way, ditches, and common areas. Operate the heavy truck while towing leaf vacuum for ditch cleaning operations. Coordinate snow removal and windstorm/flood damage clean-up operations. Applicants should possess a Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement and should have a clean driving record. 

Communications: Web & Digital Content Specialist, Part-Time:
Support the Communications team by maintaining and updating the LOWA.org website, organizing and sharing information across LOWA’s digital platforms, and helping improve our online presence. Provide video support for Board meetings and community events and assist members who need help accessing LOWA communication channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys supporting digital communications in a community-focused environment.

Clubhouse and Fareways, Team Members, Part-Time.
The Clubhouse and Fareways Cafe are hiring part-time staff to work at one of our two restaurants. Positions include: Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks, Expeditors, and Hosts/Hostesses.
