Administrative/Finance:
Director of Finance, Full-Time. Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team responsible for the planning, reporting, and daily management of the Company’s financial operations. Oversee the Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information/Business Systems, and Member Services functions. Lead the development of strategic financial objectives, budgets, forecasts, and reserve funding plans. Manage treasury operations, risk management, banking relations, tax compliance, internal controls, and annual elections. Prepare comprehensive monthly financial and operational reports for senior leadership. Provide guidance to the General Manager and Senior Team on the financial impacts of business strategies. Fill in as Acting General Manager when needed.
Senior Accountant I, Full-Time. The Senior Accountant I is responsible for daily processing of all financial transactions for member accounts. Assists with month end closing and financial reporting. Responsible for maintaining and reconciling member account setup and charges related to amenity memberships and storage rentals and preparation of monthly deferred revenue posting. Performs various reconciliations to ensure parity between member setup data in the computer database against membership and storage paid lists, payment plan lists, and other reconciliations as needed.
Grounds:
Groundskeeper: Full-Time. Preserve and maintain the natural beauty of LOW common property. Perform general landscaping maintenance tasks utilizing equipment and machinery. Perform mowing, edging, weed control, and leaf blowing duties. Ensure LOW common areas are free of trash and well-maintained. Must be 21 years or older to operate LOWA vehicles. Must have a valid VA driver’s license
Fareways
Lead Line Cook, Full-Time. Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Assist in maintaining food and beverage inventory levels and training new kitchen staff. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing as required. Act as kitchen specialist, training, mentoring, coaching other cooks.
Line Cook, Part-Time. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Assume responsibility for quality of products served.Know and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Clubhouse and Fareways
Dishwashers, Part-Time. Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes. Keep the dish area clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to manager. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.
