MAINTENANCE:
Heavy Machine Operator, Full-Time. Maintain LOW streets, rights-of way, drainage systems and equipment. Improve the safety and aesthetics of LOW roads and property. Includes tasks such as operating vehicles and heavy machinery, dredging operations using the amphibious excavator and motorized barge, performs street repair work, performs ice and snow removal, and traffic control operations.
LAKES/ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCES:
Environmental Resources Director, Full-Time. To apply scientifically based theories and methodologies to the management of the association’s water resources. The Environmental Resources Director is to develop and implement long-term solutions for managing the lakes for multipurpose utilization, along with other LOW-designated environmental areas. Key areas of focus include Dredge Operations, Marinas and Docks, Stormwater/Erosion & Sediment Control, Lake Usage, Dam Safety, Lake Science, and Emergency Action Preparedness.
CLUBHOUSE AND FAREWAYS:
Line Cook
Part-Time. Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing as required.
Restaurant Server
Part-Time. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to provide a higher level of service to our members, guests and customers.

Expeditor (Expo)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expeditor to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate flow of food from the kitchen to the customers. The Expeditor will collaborate closely with the kitchen staff and the serving staff to coordinate orders and ensure that all dishes are complete and presented to the customers according to our standards. The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
