October 25, 2024- Patrick Henry Court Drainage Improvement Project UPDATE

• Contractor received Land Disturbance Permit. 
• Contractor has begun excavating project areas in Hollyfield Park and installed erosion and sediment controls at the project sites.
• Contractor (Steady Construction) has completed 63% of test pits along the pipe routing. Each test pit will remain unfilled until the new drainage is installed. 
• Site Safety fencing has been installed in the Hollyfield Park. 
• Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
• Pickleball/Tennis courts will remain open.
