UPDATE November 22, 2024

• Tree removal/lot clearing will begin at the Yorktown LOWA Lots (707 & 709 Yorktown Blvd) Monday, Nov.25.
• There will be temporary road closures in the area of the work zone on Yorktown Blvd. 11/25-11/29 as the contractor mobilizes equipment from Hollyfield Park area to Yorktown Blvd. work zone.
• Contractor (Steady Construction) will not work on Thanksgiving Day.
• Tree removal in the back area of Hollyfield Park has been completed.  
• The parking area near the baseball field at the back of Hollyfield Park has been closed to members until further notice. 
• Contractor has completed all test pits. Each test pit will remain unfilled until the new drainage is installed.
• Hollyfield Park playground is closed and will remain closed until the project is completed.
• Pickleball courts and Tennis courts remain open.
