UPDATE December 20, 2024

Progress Update: Patrick Henry Court Drainage Improvement Project: 

• Tree removal/lot clearing at the Yorktown LOWA Lots (707 & 709 Yorktown Blvd) will be paused and will continue in early January.
• The contractor will be focused on working in the Hollyfield Park drainage pipeline for the next two weeks.
• The contractor has encountered issues setting manhole structures due to rock in the Hollyfield Park drainage line area. The Contractor (Steady Construction) is resolving rock encounters in this area of the drainage line.
• The drainage connection between Hollyfield Park and Patrick Henry Court has been cleared. Rock has been identified in this trenching area, the engineering firm (AMT) is revising the pipe line plan.    
• The test pits will remain unfilled until the new drainage is installed. 
• The parking area near the baseball field at the back of Hollyfield Park has been closed to members until further notice.
