INVITATION FOR BIDS
Sealed bids are invited from qualified contractors for Playground Equipment at one location.
Scope includes providing turnkey furnishing and installation of a tot (ages 2-5) play structure and a school age (ages 5-12) play structure equipment and materials, including borders, drainage and engineered wood fiber mulch.
The project is located at Lake of the Woods, a residential community on Route 3, approximately 15-miles west of Fredericksburg in Orange County, Virginia. Contact Carolyn Brodeur at 540-412-6024 or

Two (2) copies of the bid shall be sent in a sealed envelope marked as follows: Lake of the Woods Association, Inc., c/o Carolyn Brodeur, 102 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, Virginia, 22508. Sealed bids are due by 2:00 P.M., on April 1, 2024. The bids will be opened and ranked privately at that time. The contract will be awarded on or around April 17, 2023. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site, 10:00am, Tuesday, March 26.
