The Lake of the Woods Association Independent Financial Audit Report for Fiscal Year End 2024 Presented at November 2 BOD Meeting
The Association requires an Annual Financial Audit to be completed by an independent third party to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Association’s financial statement information. This is the sixth year that the Independent Auditors, Adams, Jenkins, and Cheatham, have completed the Independent Financial Audit. Steve Bernhardt, a Partner with Adams, Jenkins, and Cheatham, presented the final report to the Board of Directors at the November 2 Board meeting.
