Charlie Maneval
Supervises the entire Finance Department. Prepares all audit documents, monthly financial reports, and works with the Association Treasurer. Investigates all contracts, insurance, and reserve expenditures. Anticipates cash flow needs and keeps the General Manager and Board informed of the financial health of the Association.
 
Maintenance & Ecology Director
Joe Beckwith
The Maintenance & Ecology Director oversees all of the maintenance operations including, Lakes, Buildings, ECC, Roads, and grounds.
 
Golf Operations Lead

Oversees golf operations, Pro Shop, tournaments and course maintenance.
