Clubhouse Area Recreation Complex
Project Update May 31, 2019

LOW May 27 2019 Week In Review,
As we finish out this week, we had contractors finishing up remaining tasks inside the new facility building. Unlimited Plumbing took care of getting their Plumbing Final on Thursday. All passed without any deficiencies. Unlimited will spend the next few days making minor adjustments, and tiding up some loose ends before demobilizing next week. Remaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Finals will take place next week. The photos attached with this update are primarily focused on exterior activities, with the exception to the wood flooring going in the Fitness Room. With that being said let’s move on to the remaining activities that took place this week.
INTERIOR WORK
Tommy Wallace Electrical continued with the trim out of electrical devices.
Mikes Glass took care of caulking remaining store front, placement of remaining door closers, and adjustment of store front hardware.
M.L. Straight finished up remaining painting of walls and drywall ceilings.
Costen Flooring after receiving remaining material started back with the install of wood flooring in the Fitness Room. Floor placement was completed on Friday. Sanding, and finish application will take place next week.
Miller Interiors took care of some last minute drywall finishing.
EXTERIOR WORK (SITE)
Stanley Brothers continued removal, and grading of existing construction entrance. They started the routing of remaining roof drain infrastructure.
Liquid continued with concrete sidewalk placement. Their carpentry crew began forming of the new steps for the stair placement.
POOL WORK
Olympia Pools continued with equipment placement in the Pump Room. The pool has been filled in order to perform a Water Tightness Test, so crew members monitored the water level of the pool for a 24 hour period. This test was performed to determine if there were any major leaks prior to application of the final plaster finish. Pool will be drained Saturday and power washed once more Monday before Plaster Finish begins Tuesday.
Tommy Wallace Electrical finished up routing electrical service to the pool equipment, and completed install of Pump Room lighting.

LOW June 3, 2019 Week In Preview
Activities taking place this week will consist of the following
INTERIOR WORK
Costen Flooring will finish up sanding and finishing of Fitness Room wood flooring.
Architectural Outfitters will complete placement of wood base, and wall mirror trim in the Fitness Room.
Unlimited Plumbing will finish up all remaining trim out, and demobilize.
Tommy Wallace Electrical will finish up all electrical trim out. Their Final Inspection will be scheduled for Wednesday.
ICE will have their walk through/ Inspection of HVAC System by the Commissioning Agent. Final Inspection will be scheduled for Wednesday.
Perfect LG will be on site Monday through Wednesday to take care of final building cleaning.
Wack GC will have the Building Final scheduled for Friday.
EXTERIOR WORK (SITE/Building)
Wilcox Caulking will complete remaining caulking of all expansion joints around the building .
Liquid will finish up placement of remaining concrete sidewalks, and stairs.
Stanley Brothers will complete all remaining grading and routing of roof drain piping.
Down To Earth will mobilize, and begin placement of new landscaping.
Parking Lines, and Signs will be on site installing new ADA Parking Signs prior to finish asphalt topping.
Rustin Paving will complete finish asphalt placement of Walking Path, ADA rework at the Clubhouse, and new parking lot for the facility.
POOL WORK
Olympia Pools will power wash pool interior, apply plaster finish, refill pool, and make ready for swimming.
Liquid will place concrete housekeeping pads for the two pool pump assemblies.
Sounds to be expected will be unchanged.
Traffic in the area will unchanged with the exception of when Asphalt is being placed on Friday. Trucks delivering material will be ongoing and staggered until placement is complete.
