  • The temp fencing was relocated along the marked Limit of Disturbance near the lake. This task closed off a portion of the asphalt walking trail. This area will remain closed for most of the duration of the project. Windscreen was installed along the lake side from the existing Clubhouse to the existing Basketball Court.
  • Site Contractor mobilized and started the placement of all Erosion and Sediment controls.
  • Secondary entrance was installed by the existing pool and spruce tree.
  • Site Contractor placed straw over all soil disturbances for erosion control.
  • Erosion and Sediment Preconstruction Meeting/Inspection. 
  • Demo Contractor mobilization of equipment.
Scheduled for the week of 8/6  - 8/10
  •  Scheduled project task for the week of 8/6/2018 will be focused on the demolition, and removal of the structures off site. Heavy activity can be expected around the Construction Entrance as trucks will be loaded with construction debris. Noise that will be affiliated with the demo activities will consist of equipment, and vehicle backup alarms being heard, sounds of falling and crunching debris as the structures are being taking down, and loaded into the trucks for removal. Demolition will be done with a large excavator. Lastly once the removal of all concrete slabs, pool concrete starts the noise associated with this task will be the constant “tat tat tat” while the demo hammer is being used to break up the concrete into manageable pieces for loading.
