Completed
DSI continued the removal of all existing building footings. The existing restroom slab on grade was removed, and they started the demo of the existing pool. All debris continues to be hauled off.
Rapidan completed the relocation of the 4 inch vacuumed line that had been in conflict with the new construction entrance.
Site contractor mobilized his equipment, and is ready to proceed next week as scheduled.
Scheduled for the week of 8/20- 8/24
Demo contractor will continue the haul off of all existing demo debris.
The site contractor will be placing the main construction entrance at the beginning of the week. The removal of all flagged trees will take place. The removal of the existing basketball court will take place. Lastly the infill of the existing pool will begin towards the end of the week, with Inspections being done by DEA to insure proper compaction suitable for building on.
Noise, and traffic for the week will be as follows,
Sounds that will be heard will be the equipment moving, and back up alarms, chainsaws used in the removal of the trees, as trees are being pushed over there will be a large thump heard as they hit the ground.
Traffic will be somewhat heavy in the area of both construction entrances as demo debris will be being hauled off. Both Dump Trucks, and Logging Trucks will expected to be seen. Coordination with keeping areas open for the coming and going of the L.O.W residents, and staff will continue to be maintained as it has the past two weeks.
