Allen has been persistent, thoughtful, collaborative, and dependable. He recruits committee members and represents our pickleball and tennis amenities to the board and GM with professionalism and genuine care. Allen has gone above and beyond in service to the Pickleball/Tennis Committee, and our community is better because of it. It is our honor to present him with this award.

Pierre Payette has been instrumental in maintaining the LOW chapter of the American Association of Retired Persons as a meaningful community organization. 

Heroic Act
Dan Bruton

When his friend missed two consecutive meetings and didn't answer his calls, Dan Bruton trusted his instincts and contacted the Orange County Sheriff's office for a welfare check. His friend had fallen and couldn't move, with his disabled wife unable to help. Thanks to Dan's quick thinking, emergency personnel arrived in time, and his friend returned home after a few days in the hospital.

Gina and Landon Quigley exemplify the best of humanity — calm under pressure, courageous, and deeply compassionate. Their quick thinking and care for others made all the difference when it mattered most. It is with great pride that we present them with the Heroic Act Award, in recognition of their bravery and service to our community.

Over the past several months, David has taken it upon himself, entirely at his own expense and on his own time, to purchase flowers and bushes to enhance the common areas in Section 3. He has planted and maintained vibrant flower beds that have noticeably improved the overall appearance of our section, and he continues to care for them regularly

For more than ten years, Billie has been a daily bright spot at Spotswood Park. Rain or shine, she arrives faithfully at 2:30 PM with treats in hand for every single fur baby—big treats for the big dogs and little treats for the little ones. And, make no mistake, the dogs know exactly when to show up: just ask any of the pups around Spotswood Park!
