Finance/Admin, Controller

Full-Time. Oversee LOWA’s daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Supervise the Accounting and Member Services teams. Manage monthly financial closings, account reconciliations, and financial statements. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and safeguard Association assets. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, along with 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience. Previous supervisory experience required. HOA, private club, and Vantaca accounting software experience preferred.

Pay range: $85,000.00-$100,000.00/annually. 
Clubhouse and Fareways Team Member

The Clubhouse and Fareways Cafe are hiring part-time staff to work at one of our two restaurants. Positions include Servers, Dishwashers, Cooks, Expeditors, and Hosts/Hostesses. 

Pay ranges:

  • Server: $3.70-$5.00/hr + gratuities (Server positions are tipped positions. Total compensation is guaranteed to equal at least the Virginia minimum wage of $12.77/hour, and actual earnings may exceed this amount based on gratuities received. Servers must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Host/Hostess: $12.77-$13.00/hr
  • Expeditor: $12.77-$13.00/hr
  • Dishwasher: $12.77-$13.00/hr
  • Line Cook: $17.85-$18.00/hr

General Maintenance, Equipment Shop Technician
General Maintenance, Equipment Shop Technician

Full-Time. Perform preventative maintenance on LOWA vehicles and other heavy machinery. Assist with the repairs and maintenance of diesel engines, gasoline engines, small engines, and heavy equipment. Diagnose mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs and adjustments. Inspect equipment regularly and identify mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and safety issues. Assist the Shop Foreman with the daily operation and organization of the Equipment Shop.

Pay range: $21.00-$22.00/hr

All positions must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid VA driver’s license. More information regarding these positions is available in the Human Resources Department. EOE.
