The Planning Committee Town Hall is an opportunity for members to learn about the New Asset & Improvement (NA&I) requests submitted for consideration in the upcoming annual budget process.
Each year, the Planning Committee reviews requests submitted by members, committees and staff. At the Town Hall, the committee will present and discuss the requests being considered for the coming fiscal year and provide an overview of the projects and improvements proposed.
Following the Town Hall, the Planning Committee will rank and prioritize the requests. The committee’s recommendations and comments will then be shared with the Board of Directors, Management and Finance Committee for consideration as part of the annual budget development process.
