UPDATE March 27, 2025

Progress Update March 19, 2025:

• The concrete work for the relocated Member Lane security gate island has been completed. 
• Monday, March 31, Entry Guard is scheduled to begin moving the Member Lane security gate system to its new location. This work could take 2-3 days. 
• Expect intermittent lane closures at the Main Gate during the week 3/31-4/3.  
• Once the member security gate is operable, the main gate traffic plan will shift. 
• The relocated Member Lane will open for use by Members, and the Visitor Lane will remain OPEN. 
• The center lane at the Main Gate will be closed for construction and will remain closed until the Guard Hut island work is completed.  
• Week of April 7-The contractor, BZ Excavating, will begin demolishing the island between the Member Lane and Visitor Lane. 
• Once the demolition is complete, concrete will be poured for the foundation for the new Guard Hut and median island. (Estimated for later in the week of April 7).
