I was very impressed with the Board President's comments in the October 17 edition of Lake Currents. We have seen the assessment increase with questionable benefit to the majority of property owners. To see the first proposed logical and fiscally responsible approach to the management of this HOA is a major start to restoring confidence in the system. The question will be whether the new Board will be able to make the hard and necessary decisions to follow through and implement this approach to benefit the LOW community as a whole.
