This is a sincere Thank You to our Clubhouse and Catering Manager Angela West. Angela and her team of folks provided excellent service in making the many arrangements for our granddaughter’s recent wedding ceremony and reception on the Clubhouse point. The food and drinks were perfect and the table set up was beautiful! Angela and her team were also very attentive and helpful throughout the ceremony and the reception. Everyone attending had a great time. Thank you again, Angela.

While agreeing with the Planning committee to create new lots obviously it will require legal expense and possibly a referendum. It may be beneficial to review past land use committees studies including closing a section of the campground and putting in homes similar to the Ryan development. An easier approach might be to sell some of the 20 numbered lots owned by the Association which we have been paying taxes on for years. Could be a double benefit, reduce expense and generate income. Again the lots marked unbuildable or inundation area are not valid. During the past two years we allowed homes to be built on adjacent lots. Perhaps a lot by lot review should be done with input from county planning and zoning. Just a few thoughts. PS great job by the road crew tar and chipping Constitution how about doing Harrison Circle next?
