Community Center
Full Time Assistant Community Operations Manager. Successful qualified applicant will assist with promoting Association amenities and with Center’s administrative duties including: scheduling and coordinating use of facilities, promoting/preparing for all events, event setups and camps.  Excellent customer service, attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills required along with HS diploma and Microsoft Office knowledge.  Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.  Applications received by COB June 21 will receive priority consideration.   
Part Time Community Operations Specialist.  The successful qualified candidate will provide for the transport, set up, operation and breakdown of audio and visual equipment for meetings, outdoor special events and other functions as required. Duties also include: maintaining calendar and requirements of events, setting up rooms for Board, committee and group meetings and special events, assisting with building security and department administrative duties.  HS diploma or GED required with trade or technical school diploma preferred and 2 years’  experience in audio/event coordination field. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.  Applications received by COB June 21 will receive priority consideration.
Part Time Stable Workers.   Successful applicants will be hardworking and dependable.  Responsibilities include assisting with horse shows, barn chores, guided trail rides and pony camp.  Ability to work weekends required.  Experience working with horses required.

Part Time Line Cook position available to work flexible hours.  Part time positions now open for Line Cooks at the Golf Course Sports Bar and Dining facility.  Required to accurately and efficiently cook hot food products as well as prepare and portion food prior to cooking.  A minimum of one year experience is preferred along with good communication skills, ability to work flexible hours and a team spirit.
Full Time Custodian position available.  Be part of the custodial team responsible for ensuring employees and residents have a clean environment to work and live in!  This position will be responsible for keeping assigned building clean and pleasant for workers and residents.  The majority of work is performed in LOW facilities and common areas.  Some prior experience is preferred.
Full Time Groundskeeper position available.  The qualified applicant will be responsible for performing general landscaping maintenance tasks for routine and special events.  Must have experience in the operation of grounds care equipment.  Position requires heavy lifting and working in all weather conditions.  Applications received before June 21 will receive priority consideration.
